No matter the size of the brief, our capabilities have been perfected on a breadth of pan-European projects stretching from new developments, to partial or complete refurbishment programmes. Our success has come from ensuring we stay true to our guiding principles of integrity and transparency.

JPS has evolved over the last five years, with the day-to-day operations now being led by Katherine Garrett, daughter of Jean-Pierre. Katherine joined the family business in 2012 to strengthen its operations and expand the service offering.

Katherine Garrett – Managing Director

Katherine started her professional career in 2003 at John Lewis Partnership, enrolling on the Waitrose Fast Track Management Programme. In 2008 she moved over to John Lewis where she was responsible for developing the furnishing and fabric category. The concepts and robust processes she implemented not only allowed the retailer to expand its customer offering, but also save in excess of £1m through streamlining manufacturing processes with a greater focus on quality. Through developing strong relationships with furnishing suppliers and interior designers, she saw the synergy with the family business, which she later joined in 2012.

Today, Katherine now personally leads the day-to-day management of all client projects, from concept to completion. Her ‘can do’ attitude coupled with a meticulous attention to detail allows her to ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.

Gemma Allman – Executive Consultant

Gemma has worked in the supply of luxury fabrics, wallpaper and furniture for over 35 years, in both sales and general management. Combining in-depth technical knowledge with a common sense approach to problem solving when leading teams or collaborating on large scale projects.

She is joining the team to work on both existing and developing new projects.

Jean-Pierre Sadek and David Lyons – Executive Consultants

Together the JPS founders have a depth of knowledge and experience which is unrivalled in all areas of purchasing for hospitality, and many other areas of interior FF&E. Their expertise and integrity are intrinsic to all JPS does today.

Today both work for JPS in an advisory capacity.
